Ethical Clearance Policy

Milkiyah: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah is committed to promoting research and publication practices that adhere to the principles of academic integrity and research ethics. Authors are responsible for ensuring that research involving human participants, personal data, interviews, surveys, observations, or other forms of human interaction is conducted in accordance with applicable ethical standards and regulations.

Where ethical approval is required by institutional policies, disciplinary standards, or applicable regulations, authors must obtain such approval prior to the commencement of the research.
Upon submission, authors are expected to confirm that their research complies with relevant ethical requirements. 

The editorial board reserves the right to request clarification or additional information concerning research ethics at any stage of the editorial process to ensure compliance with standards of academic integrity and scholarly publishing.

Research based on literature review, document analysis, normative legal research, conceptual studies, or other forms of research that do not directly involve human participants (secondary data) should nevertheless be conducted in accordance with the principles of academic integrity, scientific honesty, and responsible research practice.
