Journal History
Milkiyah has earned high trust globally as a platform for publishing research. A significant portion of the submitted articles come from international authors, and several of our articles have been cited by reputable journals indexed in SCOPUS, WOS, EBSCO, ABS, and ISLAMICUS, and the citation rate on Google Scholar continues to rise steadily. We are committed to enhancing the quality of our articles, and as part of this effort, we have decided that starting from the February edition of Vol. 4 No. 1, all articles will be published in English. This initiative is part of our ongoing effort to enhance our journal’s visibility and inclusion in high-ranking indexes. Despite achieving SINTA 2, we continue to work towards the accreditation of our journal in higher national indexing systems. As a next step, we will pursue inclusion in other reputable databases such as SCOPUS and WoS in the near future.
However, we welcome submissions in Indonesian version, and if accepted for publication, the articles will be required to be submitted in English.

Thus, Milkiyah has Editorial and Review Board from 5 Continents (Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia, and America). We hope Milkiyah can reach readers around the world.

Milkiyah signed MOU with the Association of Study Programmes and Lecturers of Indonesian Sharia Economic Law referred to as POSDHESI. We hope it can foster our journal to gain the outstanding article publication which supports the development of globally Islamic business and economics and can optimize the indexing rank.
