Editor and Editorial Board. Milkiyah has editors from four continents (Asia, Australia, Europe, and Africa), representing diverse countries and academic backgrounds.

Publication Ethics. The journal maintains and implements comprehensive publication ethics policies to ensure the integrity, quality, and transparency of the scholarly publication process.

Allegations of Research Misconduct. The journal has established procedures for identifying, investigating, and addressing allegations of research misconduct in accordance with recognized publication ethics standards and COPE guidelines.

Copyright and licensing information. The journal provides clear information regarding copyright ownership, licensing terms, and the permitted use of published content

Author Fee.  Authors are required to pay applicable fees or charges for publication in Milkiyah

Access. All articles published in Milkiyah are completely open access. All people can read, download, and share the article.

Archiving. Milkiyah utilizes the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to ensure the long-term preservation, restoration, and accessibility of its published content through a distributed digital archiving network.

Ownership and Management. Milkiyah is published by Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Majene and managed by the Department of Islamic Economic Law. Information regarding the journal's ownership, publisher, and management structure is clearly available on the journal website.
