AI USE POLICY

This journal allows the limited use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools only for non-substantive assistance, such as grammar checking, spelling correction, language refinement, and improving readability. The use of AI must not reduce academic integrity, author responsibility, or the authenticity of scholarly work.

Authors are strictly prohibited from using AI to generate, fabricate, manipulate, or alter research data, findings, analytical results, references, citations, legal materials, or any other substantive academic content. All data, arguments, interpretations, and conclusions presented in a manuscript must originate from the authors’ own research, reasoning, and verifiable sources.

AI may not be used as a substitute for the author’s intellectual contribution. Any core part of the manuscript, including analysis, discussion, legal reasoning, and conclusions, must be produced by the authors themselves. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the entire manuscript, including any part that has been edited with AI assistance.

If AI tools are used in a limited manner, such use must remain ethical, transparent, and consistent with the journal’s publication standards. Any inappropriate use of AI may result in editorial action, including manuscript rejection, request for revision, or withdrawal.
