el-Fakhru is a scholarly journal in Islamic education studies that promotes research and academic discussion on transformative Islamic education across various disciplines and educational institutions. The journal focuses on advancing high-quality papers in both formal and non-formal Islamic education.
The journal welcomes articles in transformative Islamic education, Islamic education philosophy, curriculum and instruction in Islamic education, Islamic pedagogy and educational innovation, leadership in Islamic education, integration of Islamic values in teaching and learning, and non-formal Islamic education.
el-Fakhru: Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Islam is an academic journal published twice a year, with issues released in June and December. It carries the online ISSN 2828-433X and uses the DOI prefix 10.46870/el-fakhru. The journal is published by Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Majene and indexed in Google Scholar, Moraref, and Garuda.

Welcome to Elfakhru, an open-access journal published by Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Majene. The journal features peer-reviewed, original research and review articles, all made freely available to readers worldwide through an open-access format.

The journal issues academic manuscripts on Islamic Education Teaching and Islamic Education Studies in either Indonesian or international contexts with multidisciplinary perspective: particularly within scholarly tradition of classical Islam, Educational Studies, and other social sciences.
