Mandarras: Journal of Islamic Educational Thought Studies focuses on advancing the scholarly understanding and practice of Islamic education. The journal seeks to publish high-quality, peer-reviewed articles that delve into various aspects of educational philosophy, curriculum development, teaching methodologies, teacher training, and educational leadership within the context of Islamic teachings.

Scope

Mandarras journal welcome papers from academicians on theories, philosophy, conceptual paradigms, academic research, as well as religion practices. In particular, papers which consider the following general topics are invited.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow focus and scope, and author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection softaware to do the similarity checking. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using a Turnitin software. The research article submitted to this journal will be peer-reviewed at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers. The reviewers give scientific valuable comments improving the contents of the manuscript. Final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors according to reviewers comments. Publication of accepted articles including the sequence of published articles will be made by Editor in Chief by considering sequence of accepted date and geographical distribution of authors as well as thematic issue.

Mandarras: Journal of Islamic Educational Thought Studies is committed to the regular and timely dissemination of high-quality research in the field of Islamic educational thought. The journal is published twice a year, ensuring a steady flow of new and impactful research articles.

Publication Schedule:

  • Issue 1: April
  • Issue 2: October

Each issue contains a diverse range of articles, including original research, review articles, case studies, and theoretical papers, all contributing to the enrichment and advancement of Islamic educational thought. This triannual publication schedule allows for a thorough peer review process, ensuring that each article meets the journal’s standards for quality and academic rigor.

Mandarras: Islamic Education Thought Studies is a double-blind peer-reviewed international journal that is  published by Master for Religious Education Study Program STAIN Majene, Indonesia. The journal endeavors to provide forums for academicians and reseachers who are interested in the discussion of current and future issues  on Islamic education studies.  The journal is dedicated to the scholarly study of all aspects of Islam and of the Islamic world. The journal is committed to the publication of original studies on Islamic educational thoughts. 

Publication Fee

Mandarras Journal does not charge APCs, submission charges, or another fee. All processes of article publication are free of charge.
