Article Processing Charges

Article Submission: Free of Charge (0 IDR)

Authors are not required to pay any submission fee during the initial manuscript submission process.

Article Review Process

The Article Processing Charges (APC) are divided into two payment stages.

Regular Review Track

For the regular review track, the total APC is 2,500,000 IDR, consisting of:

  • First-Term APC: 1,000,000 IDR
    Paid before the manuscript proceeds to the peer-review process.
  • Second-Term APC: 1,500,000 IDR
    Paid after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Fast Track Review (FTR)

Starting from the December 2026 edition, authors who choose the Fast Track Review service will be subject to the following APC scheme:

  • First-Term APC: 2,000,000 IDR
    Paid before the manuscript enters the expedited review process.
  • Second-Term APC: 3,000,000 IDR
    Paid after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Important Notes for Fast Track Review (FTR)

  • Fast-track requests are subject to editorial availability.
  • The Fast Track Review service does not guarantee manuscript acceptance.

Waiver and Discount Policy

APC waivers or discounts may be granted on a case-by-case basis, particularly for international authors. Authors requesting a waiver or discount must provide a valid justification in the “Comments to the Editor” section during the submission process.

Please note:

  • Requests submitted after the manuscript submission process may not be considered.
  • Requesting a waiver or discount will not influence the editorial decision or peer-review outcome.
  • Manuscripts submitted without a waiver or discount request will be processed as regular submissions.

All APC payments must be made only through the official bank account designated by the journal. Payments made to any other account will not be recognized as valid by the Editorial Board.

Authors are also not permitted to make any additional payments beyond the official fees determined and announced by the journal.
