PEMAHAMAN REMAJA MUSLIMAH ATAS HAK PERKAWINAN: STUDI HUKUM ISLAM PADA KOMUNITAS RESIK

Penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif ini mengkaji bagaimana remaja Muslimah di komunitas RESIK (Remaja Masjid Al-Irsyad Kaluppang) memahami dan mempraktikkan hak-hak perempuan dalam perkawinan Islam. Data dihimpun melalui kuesioner Google Form, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan observasi partisipatif; dianalisis secara tematik mengikuti Miles–Huberman, dengan triangulasi serta member checking untuk menjaga keabsahan. Hasil menunjukkan kesenjangan antara pengetahuan normatif yang kuat, hak persetujuan atau penolakan, mahar, nafkah, hingga akses perceraian dan implementasi praktis yang kerap terhambat otoritas keluarga, internalisasi ketaatan, serta sosialisasi patriarkal. Paparan trauma vicaria (menyaksikan rumah tangga tidak adil) memperkuat orientasi defensif terhadap perkawinan, sementara aktivitas masjid belum optimal sebagai kanal literasi hukum yang sistematis. Di sisi lain, responden memiliki kesadaran hermeneutis bahwa prinsip Islam tetap, sedangkan penerapannya dapat beradaptasi, membuka ruang pedagogi berkeadilan gender. Rekomendasi meliputi kurikulum berjenjang fikih keluarga berbasis masjid, safe space dialogis, literasi prosedural (menolak perjodohan, negosiasi mahar, langkah saat nafkah diabaikan), serta literasi digital kritis. Keterbatasan studi mencakup cakupan satu komunitas dan potensi bias laporan diri; riset lanjut disarankan bersifat komparatif, mixed-methods, dan longitudinal untuk menguji efektivitas intervensi.
