Abstract

The development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in schools requires the strategic role of various stakeholders, including Guidance and Counseling (GC) teachers. This article reviews the latest literature (from the last 5 years) to explore how GC teachers can support the formation of students' entrepreneurial attitudes, competencies, and readiness. Through a library research method, 20 articles and empirical studies were analyzed to illustrate effective GC services in fostering entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial interest among students. The results of the analysis indicate that GC services through career counseling, group guidance, individual counseling, and the integration of entrepreneurship education into the GC curriculum have a significant contribution to the development of students' entrepreneurial competencies. The article concludes with recommendations for schools to strengthen the role of GC teachers as entrepreneurship facilitators through specialized training, the integration of entrepreneurial programs into GC services, and partnerships with local business actors.
